The biggest plus about corssplatform play is that you get a huge diversity of players to play with. Then what ru gonna do? What if ur better then those 200 or 70 players or what if you're worse. What if those very few players arent on ur rank AT ALL. Cut that 2 to tango BS, what about ranked matches.
you only need two to tango, 200 would still be healthy for US players as long as atleast 70~ of those used online regularly.
